Join us for an exclusive evening of community, empowerment, and meaningful conversation at Vancouver’s premier luxury resale boutique, Mine & Yours. Hosted by Patricia Seward, Miss Universe Canada 2026 Delegate and Founder of The Future Fashion Initiative, this special fundraiser event brings together local mental health professionals and advocates to explore the powerful intersection of self-perception, personal presentation, and mental well-being.
Our evening features an intimate, expert-led panel discussion tackling some of the most vital aspects of modern mental wellness. Together, we will dive into:
Enclothed Cognition: Exploring the fascinating psychology of personal presentation—how what we wear actively shapes how we think, feel, and show up in the world.
Strategies for Resilience: Actionable, professional advice on building mental fortitude, honoring your voice, and maintaining emotional well-being through life’s transitions.
Body-Positive Empowerment: Unpacking the invisible load women carry, breaking style ruts, and learning to genuinely love the reflection you see in the mirror.
Sarah brings over a decade of international experience supporting women navigating loss, burnout, trauma, anxiety, and the invisible loads they carry. Her collaborative, curious style helps clients unpack internalized messages, build deep self-trust, and discover practical resilience strategies—all while leaving room for both laughter and profound emotional work.
