Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Beneficiary: 100% of proceeds directly support the Canadian Mental Health Association Windsor-Essex (CMHA)
Join us for a beautiful, close-knit evening designed to nurture the mind, celebrate resilience, and honor community. Hosted by Patricia Seward, Miss Universe Canada 2026 Delegate and Founder of The Future Fashion Initiative, in collaboration with You and I Paint, this curated fundraiser experience offers a safe, supportive atmosphere to slow down and explore the profound connection between artistic expression, mindfulness, and mental wellness.
THE EXPERIENCE
Our evening blends intentional mental health practices with hands-on creativity to create a deeply restorative experience. Together, we will participate in:
Guided Intention Setting: We will begin our time together with a brief, calming meditation and grounding exercise led by Patricia to clear the mind and set a personal focus before touching brush to canvas.
Mindful Creativity: Guests will be expertly guided by the instructors at You and I Paint through a beautiful, beginner-friendly painting session. We will explore how colour can express optimism and strength, focusing on symbolic concepts like a sunrise over mountains to represent hope through life's ups and downs.
The Power of Connection: Throughout the evening, we will discuss the evidence-based mental health benefits of creative therapy, mindfulness, and the vital community support systems championed by the CMHA.
OUR CORE MESSAGE
“Just as every canvas begins with a blank space, every day offers an opportunity to care for our mental well-being. Through art, we create space to pause, reflect, heal, and connect.”
